I like to nourish my body with whole and unprocessed foods to give it the nutrients it needs and feel the best I can.
That’s why I love to make yummy vegan dishes and treats from scratch, without refined sugar and often gluten free.
Eating healthy is easy and makes you feel amazing. And yes, you get to eat pancakes, cupcakes, icecream and pizza as a (healthconscious) vegan! I eat that stuff all the time, I just swap out the ingredients for healthier ones and experiment a bit in the kitchen. Anyways, I’d love to share my favourite recipes with you 🙂
